Wellbeing Activities
The Centre provides a rolling programme of wellbeing activities designed to help process the grief journey both face-to-face and online . These activities work in conjunction with the counselling sessions and are delivered in small groups helping individuals to engage on a regular basis to:
Improve mental health
Improve physical health and
Improve personal well being

Face to Face Wellbeing Activities
Keep Fit Classes for 60+ (East Ham) on Wednesdays
Each session will cover a mixture of strength, cardiovascular and stretching activities. This is a free event for the bereaved/non bereaved local community aim to lead a healthier lifestyle. Part of the Drop-In Bereavement Centre’s Finding Hope, Staying Wellbeing Elders Keep Fit Activities.

12pm - 12:30 pm Aerobics to improve heart health & stamina.
12: 30pm - 1 pm Balance & Mobility to improve stability to prevent falls.
1:30pm - 2 pm Flexibility & Stretching to reduce stiffness & improve range of motion
